His technical foundation allows him to understand role requirements deeply, especially for IT, technology, and technical positions, ensuring accurate candidate-to-role matching.

Before founding Upreach Consulting, Peter worked as a Senior Recruiter, where he led end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate profiling, and talent sourcing for diverse roles across multiple industries. He has a proven track record of assessing both technical and non-technical candidates and delivering quality talent aligned with organizational needs.

As the Founder and Director of Upreach Consulting, Peter oversees recruitment strategy, client engagement, and candidate evaluation. He is driven by a people-focused approach that combines structured hiring processes, technical understanding, and ethical recruitment practices to create long-term value for clients and candidates.

Chinonso Alexander is a Computer Science graduate and a skilled Web Developer with a strong focus on building reliable, user-friendly, and scalable digital solutions. His technical expertise forms the backbone of Upreach Consulting’s digital operations and online presence.

As Co-Founder and Technical Director, Chinonso leads the company’s technology and web development strategy, overseeing website development, system functionality, and digital tools that support recruitment and consulting processes. He ensures that Upreach operates on modern, efficient platforms that enhance service delivery for both clients and candidates.
